The ARF Badanegan Montebello Vahan Cardashian Chapter was founded in 1959 as the junior organization of the local Chapter of the Armenian Youth Federation. The Montebello Vahan Cardashian ARF Badanegan Chapter has provided thousands of young Armenians with civil and national education.

ARF Badanegan Mission
The ARF Badanegan organization places a great emphasis on the moral, ideological, mental, and physical development of the Armenian youth. It educates its members on civil and national issues, while instilling such values as service, volunteerism, confidence, and honor.

Activities
The Montebello ARF Badanegan Vahan Cardashian Chapter actively participates in community events such as the AYF Little Armenia Cleanup and the annual Badanegan Educational Seminar at AYF Camp.The ARF Badanegan Montebello Chapter also organizes many events of its own inluding movie nights, song competitions, and socials.
